The truth is we're not the only ones that wear the leather jackets. AA, JB, SWA, HAL, FedEx and UPS wear it too. Ain't gonna stop me when it's 10 degrees in ORD.

Big fan of the leather jacket here. I don't even have a blazer...it's leather until it's time to park it for the season. Super functional and saves packing an extra jacket.

What about wings on the shirts? The leather is approved, wings on shirts are not.

AA is buying the jackets back. No hat, no leather jacket. The leather jacket is a faux pas.

I get all of that. Sill hate that damn leather jacket and think looks unprofessional. Sort of along the lines of how our company badges are "company approved" but totally unprofessional. Or our entire livery for that matter. Just my personal "fashion" opinion which combined with 5 bucks gets you a coffee at Starbucks.
