It must be a feature that is enabled, like PMs, when you have enough posts.

Nope had PMs straight from Go. Already sent and received one actually. Strange. You are correct about avatar however. Still not an option though for me at this point.

I'm probably missing the obvious: how does one change the line right under the username? I'm referring to the one that says "New Hire", "On Reserve", "Gets weekends off", etc.

I know it's a bit off topic but I couldn't find a better place for this question.
