787-9 HLFC System

Any ANA crew operating this system? When I was at Boeing they seemed excited to put it on the plane but have not heard much about inflight experience.
HLFC= Hybrid Laminar Flow Control on the 787-9 uses millions of tiny holes in the leading edge of the empennage wings to control the boundary layer of air and delay the transition from laminar to turbulent, reducing drag and saving fuel.
The belief was that once you built a history in service, eventually you could reduce the fuel you had to carry due to decreased burn, or increase range of the aircraft.
