Which one treats their pilots well?

Subscribe
After 10 years of regional/LCC I got a taste for 135 and I like it so far.

I think I am a better fit for a PC 12, king air, corporate or cargo.

Ameriflight looks interesting but how do they treat their pilots?
(Mixed reviews and a lot of whiners)

Same question for:

-Boutique
-Surf air
-Delta private jets
-TMC
-any pc12, king air operator I missed worth mentioning?

Thanks,

T Webb is a good guy, I'd check out his operation if your're interested in the PC-12.

Quest does treat their pilots well, but it's a hard working group of guys. Pay is above average. It's still small enough where we all know each other, but ran like a large operation and very professional. You'll never get push back for delaying a flight or questioning maintenance. Lots of info in this thread...

It's hard to compare to the other operators out there, because it all depends where you are in your life and what you currently want.

Surf Air is going through a change in ownership. Everyone is optimistic that it will bring good things, but the future is still a bit uncertain.

Go to JetLinx third biggest 135 out there now good pay and improving schedule with an effort to improve benefits in the next 6 months even more. You could fly anything from a Pilatus to a Falcon 900

What about JetSuite? Gulf Coast Aviation? Acadian Executive Air Charter?

Thanks,
Check out Gama/Wheels Up if you want to fly a King Air 350. I believe an 8/6 schedule. Delta Private Jets is expanding but the pay could be more competitive in this tight pilot labor market...
