Update
SIC Minimums have been updated to include candidates with as low as 900 hours total time if they also have; a four year degree, CFI, and are currently employed as a CFI full time. SIC candidates who do not fall within these parameters will still have 1200 hours total time as a minimum.

Lowered minimums because they can't find enough applicants? Perhaps opening new bases up north would help? OMA, SUX, FSD etc. or maybe home basing if you live in a 300 mile radius of a current base? Just giving ideas here.

I'm interested with SIC position, more on the phenom's. currently building time and finishing IPC. Probably hit the executiveairshare SIC mins by end of july. Currently at 1166TT, 1000 PIC, 47Multi with past 135 experience. No cfi though. Just wanted to know if they have training contract? And, what do I need to study up on if I get fortunate to get an interview? What do they usually ask?
Thank you.
Thank you.

I would throw in the app now and then update again when you hit mins. I exceeded the minimums and it took several months to get a phone call. I had already started at a new company by the time they called. I didnt take an interview so hopefully someone else can chime in. Good Luck!
