I know min guarantee is 75 hours. What I meant was during training are new hires only given 75 hours of per diem or is per diem credited for the actual time you're at training?

I know its all rumor but I had heard from some of the sim instructors that the date had been pushed closer to the end of Sept. Would love it to be earlier rather than later but just adding to the rumors.

Probably because of the old folks who don't even know how to turn them on
So what's the deal with AA cutting some classes? Does that mean we flow less people this year? I was under the assumption that our agreement said we had to flow x pilots per year depending on pilot group size?
