Oh yeah. The LaQuinta, Best Western Plus, Wingate, and some others offer a $67 out the door deal. That's basically the cheapest you'll find it.

Linthicum Heights is the hotel district near the airport.

LaQuinta would not be my first choice.

It is rumored there are women for rent at the Red Roof Inn.
