Lately, I've been hearing a lot of rhetoric by company moles preaching to the pilot group that we should be glad that we are getting an early pay raise. Some of these spineless moles are line pilots. Their sole purpose in life is suck up to the company in hopes of scoring a management position and they'll out bid Judas Iscariot every time! These zombies are well versed in dividing and conquering tactics. They are the same people who'll tell VX pilots that they should be grateful to part of the airgroup. In essence, they are what you would refer to as granny douche pouches.
Puzzle palace only sees things through their rosy glasses. It is obvious that they feel we should be grateful for "letting" us be a part for the airgroup. Yes, they are that arrogant and blind if you haven't noticed already! Through their videos and letters, they completely discount our intelligence. It goes without saying that this management group immensely disrespects us. Case in point--the latest video with kindergarten math. In a wickedly demented way, they are trying to beat us into submission as in the past. The problem that they are facing is a battle that they cannot win. It's called natural selection. Think dinosaurs.
Management needs to come to grips with this new & improved pilot group. The days of jelly spine pilots are over. They are dying out at a rapid rate, thank God. The pilots of today are more informed, self taught, and in general more intelligent than the outgoing generation. Sorry old dude, it's just the way it is. Okay, not all "senior" pilots fit into this category but you have to admit that there are more than enough here at Alaska Airlines. Just look at the past "yes voter" rate as proof.
All airline management groups are cut from the same mole. This one seems to be the new Lorenzo. They are crying wolf when they are making record profits that they can't hide fast enough with creative accounting. They are quick to take (Kasher) and beyond greedy when they have to pay up. Well Mr. Management, it looks like its OUR time!

Although I respect your right to share your views. I would ask you to stop posting inflamintory things openly on the internet. It can and will be used against us during the hearings. We will win this foght on the facts not emotion.
