Looking for any pilot relevant information.

From their online post and website they home base pilots, 8/6 with a 15/13 scheduling option, starting as an SIC on a CJ2 or CE560XL.

Any additional information such as pay, corporate culture, hiring/interview process, etc. would be appreciated.

Thanks

I am a recent hire on CJ2 fleet.

flyExclusive is an excellent company. Every employee I have enteracted with is excitied about working here.

QOL is excellent. Good hotels, above average Per Deim, 100% health (employee only) and not a peep other than an occasional email on six days off between eight day rotations.

Experienced leadership, company growing exponentially.

Thanks for the reply Amphibian.

I'd appreciate if you could answer the following:

- Salary structure for PIC and SIC
- Upgrade time
- Likelihood of getting the 15/13 schedule
- Amount of flying averaged during a rotation

Feel free to PM if you prefer.

The pertinent info is on APC. I was in CJ school with two new hires last month. Sounds like the operation is on the up & up. YMMV.

I have not dropped into base in recent months, but my understanding is our 28th addition to the fleet is in conformity. I am on the CJ side of company, which is only eight planes. The first Sovereign is in process of being added to certificate. Balance of fleet is in XL & XLS airframes which is where most of company grow is focused.

We continue to fill indoc classes with new hires, including qualified street captains and there is constant movement within. flyExclusive is a solid company with great management. For what it’s worth: after a year, I’m pretty happy here.

I enjoyed my time there.
Not perfect but no place is.
Flew for them for two years.
First place I’d call if I ever get furloughed.

Being new to the 135 world, and taking a pay cut, do you have other recommendations for home-based operators that you may have even heard 2nd hand of being decent? Trying to get up to speed and weed out the bad as best I can.
