Truth. It's part of his QC process. And as a potential roommate I like it. My pad (RP2) has a great group of guys, and we have kept it filled on referrals.

Most of the good pads like referrals. Keeps from having to deal with problem children. Still never hurts to contact him, he'll ask around too.
