Quote: Yeah I'll make sure it's loggable. The thing I care about most is the experience. Will this make me a better pilot? Or will I be more of a passenger? Yeah flying a PC-12 in the right seat may seem fun to get the hours for ATP, but will this experience help in the development of me being a safe and confident pilot? Or did I skip a step in the development process (CFI)? What are your thoughts on this?

Thanks!
CFI is good in many ways, but so is turbine crew time (assuming you get to fly and land on a regular basis. The later is probably more directly relevant to airline ops.

If I had to define the perfect regional FO, he would have a few hundred CFI hours, and about a year as a great lakes CA.

Happen to have any CFI recommendations for RI? Especially Southern RI? Thanks
