Yeah I'll make sure it's loggable. The thing I care about most is the experience. Will this make me a better pilot? Or will I be more of a passenger? Yeah flying a PC-12 in the right seat may seem fun to get the hours for ATP, but will this experience help in the development of me being a safe and confident pilot? Or did I skip a step in the development process (CFI)? What are your thoughts on this?Thanks!
If I had to define the perfect regional FO, he would have a few hundred CFI hours, and about a year as a great lakes CA.
