Anybody working or worked for Martinaire? I have read good and bad stories about them. I sent my resume in for the Scranton AVP run and was curious to see how the QOL is for that run and how things are going in general. Very excited to fly the caravan and build some turbine experience.

They are a good company to work for. I did not fly the Scranton run. Do you have previous icing/ winter experience? If this is your first 135 job then I would say, stay away from that Scranton run. Flying a booted Caravan in New England during the winter is no picnic.
