I don't think the exec office realizes there are people in DOD, for example who are contractually bound to use United. So when Sergeant Bailey and his wife DEROS back to the U.S. from wherever, the travel office gives them a ticket on United (no choice). So what do they do with Fido/fluffy....etc?
In all reality when push comes to shove, if they can’t get the pet on a plane with them, they’ll take their collar off and let them loose on base on their way to the terminal for their flight to the states.

And park their nearly broken down car in the Exchange parking lot until base security comes around to seize it.

In Hawaii they'd take over a dozen cars in per month year round just on Kbay. They'd fix them up at the auto hobby shop to be auctioned off to the newly arriving marines with the proceeds going to MWR.

Quote: Although the death of Coquito while tragic will probably save lives. Clearly if Coquito's life was not snuffed out in such a horrible manner along with the timing of the Japan dog reroute this policy might never have been changed. It was time. Little Coquito's legacy will live on! To many pets needlessly die in Cargo bins.
I’d be interested to know who you fly for oh brave SJW?

It was just a dog. It's not like some child was stuffed into an overhead bin and suffocated or something...

I’m surprised you’ve been able to post so much with so few replies to your drivel. This is typically a hostile place and you’ve largely been ignored even though your agenda is so obvious.

Yes oh wise one, my hidden agenda has been planned for six years, just waiting for a dog to die in an overhead.

Yes webe I post soooooooooooooooooooooo muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuch

I have 30 posts in 6 years, most relating to Coquito because of the nonsense "fake news" about the actual facts of what occured.

I do believe there should be a law for no animals in Cargo, so all this accidental brainstorming and yada yada may actually do some good.

Contact your lawmakers, no animals in Cargo.
I DID NOT START THE THREAD, all I did was comment

Latest animal crisis for Untied was on local news.

People in Guam wanting to return to the mainland with their critters. United is the only ride out of town and not carrying the pets for the moment.

We can't win for losing.
