"Gets Weekends Off?????"

What on Earth are these phrases beneath the user names??? "Gets Weekends OFF," "Line Holder," etc. And where do they come from? I see no place in my profile where I chose such a phrase and "Gets weekends off" is a phrase with little meaning. What is this?

Thank you, and thank you for the questions.

Here is how it works, seniority is a function of how many posts/comments and conversations you have started/initiated/posted on the Community.

That field is called "user title" and you can browse our FAQ section to have answers to all your questions, see below for simplicity.

New Hire: 0-9 Posts
On Reserve: 10-24 Posts
Line Holder: 25-99 Posts
Gets Weekends Off: 100+ Posts

What do you all think? Do you like it? It's been done and set long ago, we can certainly start a process of revision, if you'd like, you'd think there is a need for it.

Thank you, best regards.

[What do you all think?]

It makes sense AFTER one understands it. Prior to that it it seems odd or weird when using the forums.
