Is there a source for obtaining your complete driving record (back to 1997 in my case) including all moving violations? I grew up in Mississippi and no longer live there. I called the Department of Public Safety and the less than enthused lady claims that their records only go back 5 years which I find hard to believe. I got a couple speeding tickets in the 2000’s and do not remember the dates. I also want to make sure I report everything and nothing is left out.

There's no central source for minor infractions, you'd have to go to every state and see what they have. If you don't have the details, you should probably mention "several minor moving violations 1997-2013" or words to that effect. That will cover you if something turns up later. The downside there is that some airlines might take that to mean "a large number" of moving violations, and exclude you.



You should pull your NDR record, just to make sure that's correct, but that only shows serious infractions IIRC.
