Awarded a VTO and when I log into SLG crew either by app or pfc link I have a small black box pop up that says staff id or password incorrect

Ad Opt Kronos inc., I'm not impressed

I get the same note. My fleet was added to the SLG this month. Perhaps our access doesn’t begin until the Secondary window opens.

Sec window opens
just checked mine & I see that I am "allowed access" when Secondary Window Opens... (no black box or id/password required but I used the system in Mar/Apr)...23 May.. MD11 Capt/MEM
