Any former/current Airmed pilots out there willing to share some info on your experience with the company? The pay seems about on par with regional first year pay, but with better QOL. What are the pros and cons?

Anyone fly or has flown for AirMed International or similar outfit? AMI is now under Global Medical Response Holdings. Would like to see what the pay would be there or at similar outfits for a turboprop or jet gig.
