Quote: no, we don’t seat lock here. We have equipment locks, but for all intents it sounds as if we are all going to be flying the 220 sooner rather than later.
Semantics. You are locked on your fleet.

Why did you just open a training center with a 190 SIM if you are all going to be flying the 220? Don’t think they have a common type rating.

also “soon” at Breeze is roughly 8-10months.

This. We got burned out so fast not being able to go home with a 1 or 2 day off block…

“For a few months”… lol

Also soon to expand to 6 E190 simulators too. Sounds like the 190 will be around for a while.

We’ve never heard that one. The company has voiced plans to take 8-10 E190s and make them charter planes. So you are correct on the fact that the 190 will be around for a while. Also they’re looking at a 14on14/off schedule for those charter pilots. And for right now we have 4 more E195s coming to the fleet this year.

no, the sim house can go to 6 sims. Not 6 Ejet sims. First A220 sim will be operational in the fall.

I believe the second sim for each plane is planned for next year, but I’ve only heard that through talk. Not confirmed.

A220 transitions will start late summer/early fall.

The breeze Facebook page said the other day a total of 6 E190 sims are coming…I’d guess that’s where he got it.

I still doubt that it’s correct. They have said in the past that they could fit up to six sims in the building. And the A220 is going in there by this fall…

at the end of the day, our social media isn’t exactly run by people who are in the know.
