Does Air Wisconsin pay new hires FO's their guarantee minimum salary of 75 hours per month while attending training, in addition to the $5K bonus upon completion of IOE.

Yes they do

$5k bonus paid after CPT if you need it, otherwise first or second paycheck. Larger bonus paid after IOE.

I know the 25K bonus is available after IOE. How much later does it become yours to keep? In other words, if you leave 12 months after receiving it, how much do you have to pay back?
