LMS on iPad?

IT says it works...it worked for QCQ...but now doing initial qual for a new aircraft and I get a blank screen, all white no loading, after clicking on the core material. It opens a new tab, but nothing happens. Same result in chrome and safari, fast internet doesn't change it.

The delta help desk for "LMS" told me to call back to the phone tree and use the iPad help option....who then told me to call the Delta IT desk. So it would seem Delta IT is once again neither informative nor technology savvy. Any ideas?

Are you using Safari?

If yes, try Chrome or FireFox.

Check your pop-up blocker. Make sure you ALLOW pop-ups on whatever browser you are using.

My understanding is that the current unofficial work-around to have it work on the iPad is to download the "Puffin" browser app. The LMS loads using that browser.

Try clearing the cache and/or using Chrome. Same experience as you on IQ.

OK, I've downloaded the Puffin app on my personal iPad.

What steps do I need to upload the QCQ, so I'm not tethered it the internet?
