Disregarding defense, looking at commercial aviation... Tom Enders, Dennis Muilenberg, or Aengus Kelly. Hard to say which. Enders certainly has the gravitas, people listen when he talks.

In this industry, government types (ie Chao) tend to just try to keep up with the herd.
