Recently some people at Envoy mentioned that they are hiring Rotary Transition Program candidates and people who already have 121 time but aren't taking applicants who are ATP Qualified or hold an ATP or ATP-R (without 121 time). Is this true? Whats the rationale? Thanks.

AA is trying to use Envoy to build a 'pipeline' to AA.

Lots of cadets and RTP are in the system. Enough to fill classes apparently.

PSA and PDT are still hiring OTS afaik.
