Hi,

Can someone tell me which hotel the Atlas Crew stays at in CVG? I'm looking to JS tomorrow morning. Also is the pick-up time 2 hours prior?

There’s two hotels in use in CVG. Also, a lot of guys drive to work in CVG. Maybe you should meet the crew out front of the DHL facility.

Ok thanks. My issue is I'm JS into CVG and won't have a vehicle. Not sure Uber or Taxi will be available at 3AM and know where to go.

Inside the doors to the right is the security desk. Tell the folks there you are jumpseating on Atlas and are unfamiliar with the process. They will check your ID and should hook you up with the Duty manager for Atlas. The cab companies are familiar with the location and Uber will just follow the GPS....folks do it all the time. Good luck!

Also.....past security there is a set of double glass doors to the right. Go through them and the second door on the right is the collective ops room. Ask any bleary eyed pilot in there for help and you will be taken care of. If you continue down that Hallway take the second corridor to the left and the Atlas ops office is on your left.

You can also call their ops office and get the tail number. Then take a bus to the plane about an hour before go time.

99% of the time, though, just look for Atlas guys just inside security about 90 minutes prior to go time. Ask them if they're doing your flight.
