As of today which base has the best chance of getting off reserve and holding line? Thanks for the information.

At LGA I had the rest of my IOE month scheduled as reserve. Got trips ahead of time for every day but the 31st and I held a line the very next month. So for all intents I sat one day of reserve at LGA.
