I noticed that recruiting has removed the ad for the 6 year flow. They kept it up long after they should have taken it down.

For you new guys, don't buy into the flow hype. Get some experience and apply to all the majors and LCCs. Take the first one that calls.

I left Envoy well over 2 years ago for Allegiant. It was a great time to get on there as they had sub 1 year upgrades. I managed to upgrade on the Bus at 10 months, got a good bit of PIC and landed at Delta. Don't discount the LCCs. My time in the Bus both PIC and SIC were a big contributing factor to my ultimately being hired.

The heavy duty recruiters seemed to have largely left this forum, but don't let false information and projections drive your decision to stay at Envoy. In the end, if I had been "stuck" at Allegiant, it was far superior to being at Envoy. I was OK with a career there had it come to that. Just pointing out some options for those of you here that are early on in your time at Envoy and have begun to experience the abuse they are famous for.

But flow is life

I agree 100% about LCC's, they can be the final step for many or a really great stepping stone to get out of the regional world. For others, it is simply better waiting for the flow to come around. Everyone is different.
