12, regardless of calendar month. In certain situations scheduling can pull you down to 11 days off without returning that day off to you in that calendar month.

We will be back up to 15 flights a day out of AUS starting in April. Heard this from a reputable gate agent who is in fear of how they will do all that out of the South terminal.
