Barry, don't know why these guys aren't helping you out ... Here's a start for you:

Amazon Prime Air
Amazon Corporate Headquarters
410 Terry Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109
Chief Pilot is Jeff something (can't recall last name, sorry)

Anyway, I hear they are hiring DE captains but only for a couple more months, so I'd get your resume in there ASAP if you qualify for left seat. Otherwise, consider walking your resume in there in person. I've heard that worked for some guys.
