Technically we can add, swap, drop and split trips.

You are required to finish the month with at least 70 hours of credit, or 60 hours 6 months a year. At no time can you drop below 50 hrs.

All of this is dependent on how much or little open time there is, but I believe we have more scheduling flexibility than most other airlines.
