I'm not a commuter and don't jumpseat very often, but am thinking about a trip to Punta Cana. Any tips/things to know about jumpseating international, and anything specific about the Dominican Republic?

Jumpseat in uniform. Arrive early in case the gate agents get confused. You might have to pay your airport departure tax (in exact cash). Buy a ZED ticket as a backup.
