The most recent (currently open)vacancy shows 48 new positions. That usually a pretty solid indicator unless there’s last minute no-shows. I find the idea of another class starting this Monday very doubtful...haven’t heard any mention of that.

They recently said 40 is the max that can fit in the classroom, guessing its close to that. 3 or 4 are doing a class Monday but it was only offered less than a week ahead so I can’t imagine there’d be many people that could swing that.

42 in class. There isn’t a new hire class Monday, they run 1 at a time.

I just got an invite for an interview. Its been awhile since I've updated my app. I'm 56 but would eventually like to move to Denver. I've been at a good regional for 19 years, live in base which is my home town, and make $160K a year if I credit a 100 hours each month. I'm just starting to do my research on Frontier. Is it worth it at my age to leave for F9?

Not if you want to live in Denver. You'll never be able to upgrade to CA in DEN. Denver is super senior, especially for captain

I agree with Aero about the Denver part, do NOT come here if driving to work in Denver to end your career is the goal unless you’re ok retiring an FO.

But on the pay side you’ll surpass $160k around the 3 year mark with a little effort as an FO. If you upgrade in that time (but not in DEN) you’d have to get pretty creative to figure out how NOT to make $160k.

Agree, but if you are flexible about your base I think it’s the perfect airline for someone in their 50s. You could see the left seat again in 3 or 4 years, just not in DEN.
