We already have PHL and 3 Florida bases. And ATL is going to open early 2022. All eastern bases are junior so if you want East Coast, Frontier should suit you well. All the seniority is in DEN.

Assuming you have a halfway decent resume, you shouldn't need any help getting an interview. We are hiring full speed ahead

I’m nothing special. Just a regional guy with 1400 PIC in a 145. I’ve had an app in for a while now and haven’t heard anything. What’s competitive to get a look?

1400 hours PIC in a Jet? You're competitive.

I think job fairs still carry a lot of weight. You will get a call though.

Very true. I've got my interview after talking to the recruiter at NGPA Expo with just 900 SIC in E-145

Yeah going to try to make it to some job fairs so maybe that will help. Never received the Outmatch Assessment and I’ve heard they are usually pretty quick to send those out. Not sure if an email to HR asking about it is appropriate but wouldn’t be the first time to get lost in the shuffle.

2/3rds of the HR pilot recruiters quit in the last couple weeks so they’re probably backed up on all kinds of stuff.

Yes and no. I've talked to the guy in February 2020 and he said he wanted me for an interview. Then the COVID hit and they stopped any hiring activities including interviewing people, but I kept emailing them once in a while saying that I was interested, like 20 emails or so through the entire pandemic. And when they resumed hiring, they called me in for an interview.
