Try mapquest "UPS O'Hare Hub" on 610 S. Access Rd Chicago, IL 60666 and some suggest "610 South Access Road, Franklin Park IL 60131" as destination
Some folks in past took Uber from terminal 1 and about $20 (in 2016)
Its on the south side of the airport in the cargo area.
Let the security folks guide you into ops. Be careful, lots of vehicle traffic as you walk across the property

UBER, LYFT, TAXI.......only way to go......all the way down S. Access Rd. to the end. The road will curve hard left at the end. Around that curve you will come to a stop sign. Hang a left at SS and the UPS security shack will be on your right about 50 yds down.

I don't know how it works, but I've seen ual pilots get a ride across the field via their company vehicles. The freight gets from that side to ours somehow.
