Does anyone have info on what to expect out of a recruitment phone call to go over your resume prior to anything else? Is it simply your resume and qualifications or questions being asked too?
Thanks for any help!
Had one back in May. About 20 minutes. Very relaxed. For the first 5-10 minutes asked a couple questions about resume, hours, career, etc. The remaining time was nice smalltalk. He was former AF so we had things in common to talk/joke about. Last thing he said was, “Thanks, I’d like to follow up in a couple days with an on line test...”. He gave me his personal number and contacted me after I passed the Hogan.
