Quote: Had a great uncle who did the same thing. Couple of college dropouts, some Allen dude and a Gates guy were trying to get him to work on some IT startup they were doing out in the Bay Area. Wanted him to take half his compensation in company stock. Company had some stupid name too, sounded like a fruit company. Fortunately, he was smarter than that.
Good thing he didn't suckered into that.

Sounds like a huge scam.

Allen and Gates founded Microsoft, not the company that "sounded like a fruit company". That would be Jobs and Wozniak.

Apple and Microsoft had ideas to build great things, to advance technology, to do great things. Gojet, what are the dreams of Gojet's founder? What about Gojet makes someone dream of great things? What has he done to advance his agenda? He fired a FA right after she informed Gojet of her diagnosis of cancer, her termination a week or so later saved the company between 180k and 250k or more in cancer treatment. Does that put him in the same category as Allen, Gates, Wozniak, and Jobs?

A person looking to go with an Apple or Microsoft then would be buying their dream and seeing the possibilities in the new technology. I first heard of Apple my freshman year at MIT in 77. A senior I knew mentioned to me that "Apple has color now" as if I must know who Apple is. Everything was green or grey until then. I knew Apple after that. Back then with the number of transistors on a chip doubling every 2 years, an inquisitive person could dream of the things to come. Gojet, what kind of dreams has Gojet given people?

Maybe more nightmares than "dreams"?
