Just curious if an American Mainline guy can get a referral bonus for sending pilots to Piedmont. A guy is hellbent in trying to get all of my former students to go to Piedmont, just curious what his motivation is. I’m not saying Piedmont might not be right for them, but this guy is going crazy trying to recruit everyone to Piedmont.

Mainline might have program to recruit into the wo but I haven't heard that. Do your students a favor and send them to endeavor, republic or sky west...

Mainline AA used to pay employees $1000 per referral to any WO regional but ended that program a year or two ago.

Your buddy probs has a side deal with a pdt guy.
