Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble listing with Southwest Airlines on MyIDTravel?

I tried to do it for commuting and got an error "General Availability Error. (Failed to call 3rd party backend system [WN]: Connection to backend system (WN) is instable and temporarily unavailable - please try again later)".

Out of curiosity, I did it for leisure travel and got the same error.

I am just trying to figure out if it is me or truly the system. All other airlines see good to go.

Used it last week just fine but trying to commute today and sadly getting the same error. Looks like it is on there end.
