Called to list (offline pilot) and was told the jumpseats were full. No problem, but the lady on the phone said there were only 3 jumpseats on this plane (md11). I thought there were like 6... just curious if this was a specific configuration.

Sleeper MD has only 3 in the cockpit.

Some MD-11’s have 3,4, and 5. MD-10’s have 6-7 jumpseats.
