Did Lima in November. Felt perfectly safe. It’s a huge city and felt we coulda done less days there. I wish we stayed in Cusco longer and Lima less. Actually, Aguascalientes at the base of Machu Picchu was amazing looking. There’s a flight every few minutes between Lima and Cusco and it was dirt cheap even buying tickets the day prior on Latam.
