I think the new Pathways update stated only one deferral or you get bumped to the back of the list. Can anyone confirm that?

If that’s true, those on the top of the list will not have much choice if they want to go to the big metal.

It's a 6 month delay penalty.

The real penalty is a lower seniority number. Seniority number can make the the difference of who thrives and who dies.

So anything new going on with the FO reserve issue at Horizon? Keep hearing a lot of folks leaving because of the length of reserve with a few of them being senior FOs. Also hear that going to the jet vs the Q doesn’t matter anymore either since they are over staffed on both fleets and reserve sucks on both sides.

Not much has changed on the Q. I hear it’s picked up a little in GEG. Not sure how consistently, though. I ended up going elsewhere.

Class mate of mine got 7 hours in the last two months.

I left Horizon also. Didn’t really want to, but want to fly.
