Not everything is decided on race; it could simply be they didn’t agree with the outfit; whether right or wrong, but it shouldn’t be about race

I had a black passenger complain about a FA because she (the pax) claimed she was the only one briefed in the exit row and was therefore singled out due to her race. The thing was the pax was the last one to be seated and the exit row brief had been done.

Some people default to the race card without thinking.

That's a weird criticism. Twitter is a common social media platform used by all kinds of people, including pilots. Are real doctors not allowed to use Twitter in your book?
