How are the flight benefits for parents? If I got hired and moved my fam out to where I am based (til I can hold IWA) would my parents and in-laws get benefits? I live in PHX and I understand that's senior.

Spouse, children, and parents fly free. Outside of that you get 24 one way guest passes to use however you wish. ZED on other airlines can be iffy. We recently lost American and never had Delta. JetBlue/Spirit/Frontier/Southwest all have agreements with us.
