Ok,What does a Capt. currently make at TMC?

What a current FO makes at a similar place.

SIC yr1/$276 2/$300 3/$312 4/$324 5/$336 6/$348

$30 extra per day on reserve
$40 check pilot
$40 program manager
$60 check airman

So basically you gotta bust your can kissing butt, humping golf clubs, and working a ton for 10 years to make what you could at a regional in 3? Not to mention, I assume there’s still a slide back to 1 year captain pay after you’ve been there 5 years to meet the Argus or whatever requirements to actually upgrade?

those capt rates are a bit disappointing..... make more in first year with all those bonuses.

I applied two months ago, I was invited twice to an interview, unfortunately I had to cancel for work.....HR lady told me do not try anymore....
