Ive been lucky enough to be selected for an Interview and can only find gouges from two years ago. I was hoping if anyone who went through the process recently could shed some light on what to expect.

An About Allegiant presentation. Ask any questions you want. Give them your documents and logbooks and get fingerprinted. 20-30 with Chief pilot(s). They have your resume, so fill in the gaps, they tell you about the company, ask them questions, 3-4 scenarios. They send you to the other room, do the other candidates, and at the end they will tell you if you have the job or not.

Think about these two questions.

Will you commute?
What happens if you do not get your desired base as a new hire?
