Health Insurance

Can anyone tell me about the health insurance options? I see on the careers page they mention a high deductible plan with a HSA. How much does ZW contribute to the HSA? How high are the deductibles? Is it a PPO? What about the lower cost option?

What's the difference in premiums?

AWA probably has the best health insurance in the industry. I'm unsure of their high cost plans, but I have the HMO (Cadillac plan). $15 deductibles for every except ER visits, were the deductible is $50. On the HMO, those are the only fees you will ever pay (of course you have your month deduction out of your pay check). My month deduction for the family plans in $580ish. Total plan cost close to $27,000 per year. Sorry, I cannot help on the other plans, because unless your young and single with no kids, you'd be crazy not to sign up for our HMO plan.

I don’t have it in front of me but they don’t contribute much and the savings over the Cadillac isn’t much. The HSA is very expensive for what you get.

Thank you very much. That helps. The numbers will tell the story

ALPA vs ZW
Anyone make use of the ALPA benefits vs ZW company equivalent benefits? e.g, Group Life Ins, Accidental Ins, Loss of License, etc.

Any advice on ALPA vs ZW in offerings? Obviously there is no health in with ALPA, but I'm talking about other offerings.
