Just repositioned the family to Colorado from WA with hopes to eventually not have to commute. Unfortunately the home we had an offer on in Evergreen fell through due to a poor inspection and now we are staying at a Residence Inn but needing a temporary place to stay in the area in order to allow the 8 year old to attend one of the Jeffco schools. All of the (few) rentals available are requiring a year lease which is much longer than we anticipate needing to rent. We hope to be in a new home within the next few months. I realize this is a long shot but I thought I’d see if anyone in the pilot community might have a home or townhouse to rent in the Evergreen/Conifer area. Shoot me a message if you have any good info.
