Well since you can use a TAA aircraft now to satisfy the requirements I’d just go to University Air Center at GNV. They have a couple G1000 172s that satisfies the commercial requirements.

Flight Training Professionals at KORL and Deland Aviation at KDED would be two I highly recommend.
