New here any ideas on how much PS % will be this year?

Less than 0.01.

Since you are new the company kept changing the formula and then blaming external factors like fuel other airline are not getting profit sharing etc.

Before all the changes and with our current profitability my guess would be between 0.06 and 0.07 of your annual eligible gross income.
