I am a 115 hr private pilot seeking instrument and commercial rating. I have access to club aircraft C172 at a rate of 94/hr or 102/hr. I am seeking a safety pilot that is looking to build a lot of PIC hours and split cost as I work towards commercial rating. I have 8 hours of actual IFR, 28 hrs simulated IFR.
