You are going to hear this a lot - CFI is not something you should accelerate or shortcut. And that is true. That being said you're probably going to look for one anyway so, there are some you should definitely stay away from. But there are some that seem to be decent. The one below is one that someone in my family went to and had a very positive experience. Note there is quite a bit of home/online study before attending the onsite program.
