Better really like the next one. If any will take a gamble on you, because unfortunately that’s what you’ve become to them. Leaving two 121 carriers while in training, really tied your hands getting anywhere bigger than a low tier regional.

Man, I don't think airline flying is for you based on what you have said. I don't know what the rest of the story is, but you might want to consider a different career field that is a 9 to 5 option where you are home every night if you have issues being away from home. Nothing wrong with that at all. You have to be honest with yourself and what you want.

Your options are very slim now that you will be looking at going to your third regional. You are pretty much at a point where you don't have any options and have to take whoever offers you a job if you want to try the airline thing. On top of that, you have to make it work. Otherwise, kiss the idea of flying for the majors goodbye for quite some time.

Next time, think before you act. Consult your mentor about your thoughts and ideas and hear them out. Think about how such move will affect your career as well. How will such move affect personally, professionally, and financially? Other jobs outside of flying will ask about why you changed jobs often (outside of flying, its a good idea to give at least a year to your employer if not more to show commitment).

I enjoy traveling and being away from home.

I can think of one airline where you're home every night. The catch is you have to live in ANC or FAI.

Silver also, MCO, TPA, FLL bases. I've flown with a few that previously came from there and they have never had a multi-day trip or layover their whole career.
